چکیده
This paper proposes a novel method for planning active distribution networks (ADNs) with the integration of an network management (ANM) scheme using coordinated voltage control (CVC) through on-load tap changer (OLTC) transformers. The was formulated as security-constrained optimal power flow (SCOPF) problem to minimize total operational costs, which maximizes utilization renewable distributed generators (DGs) over horizon. ANM applied OLTC ensure safe operation and reduce violations in network. To analyse impact ANM, examined both without scheme. Moreover, SCOPF, considering N-1 line contingency analysis multi-DG configuration, implemented feasibility proposed advantages under situations. validated on weakly-meshed 16-bus UK generic system (UKGDS). results showed that can lower costs maintain feasible conditions even case contingency. mitigated rise effect caused by DGs maximized their utilization.

In this article, a multi-objective function for placement of Distributed Generation (DG) and capacitors with thetap setting of Under Load Tap Changer (ULTC) Transformer is introduced. Most of the recent articles have paidless attention to DG, capacitor placement and ULTC effects in the distribution network simultaneously. Insimulations, a comparison between different modes was carried out with,...

متن کاملMulti-objective planning of charging stations considering benefits of distribution company and charging stations owners
In recent years, electric vehicles have attracted significant attention due to environmental issues. Charging stations installation requires a systematic consideration of relevant issues such as determination of the location and size of charging stations. On the other hand, it is necessary to encourage private investors to invest in charging stations installations and to provide proper conditio...
متن کاملDistribution System Reconfiguration Considering Customer and DG Reliability Cost
This paper presents a novel objective function for distribution system reconfiguration for reliability enhancement. When islanding operations of distributed generators is prohibited, faults in the feeder interrupt the operation of distributed generators. For this reason, we include the customer interruption cost as well as the distributed generator interruption cost in the objective function in...
